Under the Water Act 1989, Glenelg Hopkins CMA issues permits for works or activities on designated waterways.

Floodplain Advice and Information
Glenelg Hopkins CMA can provide the community with flood information and advice. Refer to the mapping page for online information or fill out the form below and send it to planning@ghcma.vic.gov.au for further information. Note that there is no flood information for some areas of the region.

Waterway Advice and Information
Glenelg Hopkins CMA can provide the community with waterway information and advice. This may relate to proposed works, activities or processes that may affect waterways. Refer to the mapping page to determine if the waterway you are interested is designated under the Water Act 1989. Works on these waterways require a permit. Works/Issues Notification
