H5N1 Bird Flu information

With the first reported cases of H5N1 bird flu in Australia, do you know what to do if you suspect a migratory bird has arrived on our beaches with it?

The best course of action is to Avoid – Record – Report.

Suspected sick birds or marine mammals should be not attended to and instead reported immediate to the Emergency Animal Disease Hotline 1800 675 888.
